Louise Sombga
Louise Sombga, a Cameroonian artist, blends painting, performance, and installation, incorporating collages of traditional African fabrics. A graduate of the Nkongsamba School of Fine Arts after studying fashion and tailoring, she explores identity and psychological violence. Trained by Jean Jacques Kanté and Hervé Youmbi, she won the Pascal Marthine Tayou Prize in 2021 and has exhibited in various prestigious venues, including the Doual'art gallery.
